RETURN POLICY
ALL SALES FINAL ON SEASONAL AND SALE ITEMS

If you need to return an item, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to do so. Please return your items with any original packaging or tags. Please carefully package ALL items so that they don't arrive to us damaged. Once we receive your unused and undamaged items, we will issue a refund on the method of payment used to place the order.

DAMAGES MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY DATE.

WE DO NOT ISSUE RETURN LABELS OR PAY FOR RETURN LABELS ON UNWANTED ITEMS. You may take your return to the shipping carrier of your choice and return it to:

PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOUR FIRST AND LAST NAME ARE ON THE RETURN LABEL. Please include your invoice with the package.

DAMAGES: If your item arrived damaged or you received an incorrect item, please email customerservice@farmhouse1834.com with photos of the damaged or incorrect item and we will respond within 48 business hours. Once we receive your email, we will either issue a refund, discount, or have you send back the item. DO NOT CALL as this process must take place exclusively through email. We will not respond to voicemails regarding damaged items.
